My stay at Villa Pantheon was good. with a prime location and friendly staff. The room was cozy but a bit small, though I soon felt right at home. The breakfast was a standout, featuring a great selection, especially the fresh coffee. a perfect start to my day. However, I did notice a couple of issues with room sizes varying and some minor shortcomings in dining options.

I enjoyed my stay at Villa Pantheon. the location was fantastic, allowing me to easily explore nearby attractions like Notre Dame and the Latin Quarter. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my experience even more pleasant. However, I found the room a bit on the small side, and there were some cleanliness concerns that detracted from my overall impression.

Rooms

The room was small, even the superior option felt a bit cramped. It had an older vibe with some cleanliness issues that needs addressing, but it did feel private and was kept clean daily.

I had a pleasant stay at Villa Pantheon, enjoying the vintage charm and relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. The location was fantastic, being close to iconic sites like Notre Dame and the Pantheon. However, I did experience some issues with customer service post-stay, which left a bit of a sour taste. Overall, I'd book again for the comfort and location, but improvements in communication would be ideal.

Rooms

Most staff were friendly and attentive, particularly Ahmed and Harold, who provided excellent service. However, there was a significant lapse in post-stay customer service, as my follow-up email regarding an overcharge went unanswered for two months.

I found the breakfast to be of good quality with decent options, but the windowless basement setting wasn't the most pleasant. I ended up opting for takeout on some mornings instead.

The facilities included useful amenities such as dry cleaning and housekeeping, but I missed having a proper bar experience, especially since it wasn't open during my stay.

The room was cozy and comfortable, although a bit on the smaller side, which is typical for Paris. Breakfast was a highlight, with a good selection to start my day. On the downside, I found that the power outlets were limited and the noise insulation wasn't perfect, as I could hear some sounds from the outside.
